Senator Clinton's internship program provides an excellent opportunity for students to learn and serve through first-hand participation in government service. Candidates for these unpaid positions will have a diverse, challenging experience and make a genuine contribution to Senator Clinton's work on behalf of New York. Interns in the Senator's office will have the opportunity to work in one or more of the following departments: Constituent Affairs, Press, Research, Office of the State Director, and Community and Government Affairs.

Senator Clinton seeks highly motivated students with an interest in public service enrolled in or recently graduated from high schools, colleges or universities. Students from New York State or enrolled in a New York school are strongly encouraged to apply. The office requires a minimum of 15 hours of work per week between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

The campaign is seeking help in finding volunteers and interns who are available to work up to the November 4th election. We believe working on the campaign would be a valuable addition to any college student's resume as well as a great real world experience. Volunteers and interns will be involved in engaging tasks while also getting to develop skills relevant to a variety of professional fields.
Dr. Shulman is the Democratic candidate for Congress out of New Jersey's Fifth District, encompassing parts of Bergen, Passaic, and Sussex Counties and the entirety of Warren County. As a renowned psychologist, teacher, author, and religious leader Dr. Shulman has proven his commitment to helping others. Undergraduate Internship

The Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law is a non-partisan public policy and law institute that focuses on the fundamental issues of democracy and justice. Our work ranges from voting rights to redistricting reform, from access to the courts to presidential power in the fight against terrorism. A singular institution – part think tank, part public interest law firm, part advocacy group – the Brennan Center combines scholarship, legislative and legal advocacy, and communications to win meaningful, measurable change in the public sector.

We are seeking 5 part-time interns to provide administrative and clerical support to staff in our Development, Communications, Finance & Operations, Democracy, and Justice Departments.

Job description:
- Serve as primary support staff for the NYC press secretary for United States Senator Charles Schumer's NYC press office, which covers New York City and Long Island.
- Write and pitch press releases to regional, local, and ethnic press.
- Develop and research media ideas.
- Monitor daily print, online and television coverage.
- Maintain and update media lists.
- Oversee press interns.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications and skills:
- A college degree.
- Qualified candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication and writing skills; will be capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team environment; will be organized and have good computer skills.
- Experience working with the media is a plus, but not essential.
- Salary is commensurate with experience with full benefits.
